President Ilham Aliyev Addresses Participants of the ‘Rebuild Karabakh’ Exhibition

Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed the participants of the 5th Azerbaijan International Exhibition on the Restoration, Reconstruction, and Development of Karabakh, known as ‘Rebuild Karabakh’.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his pleasure in welcoming participants to the event, which is part of the Caspian Construction Week. This year marks the dual hosting of the 5th ‘Rebuild Karabakh’ and the 30th ‘BakuBuild’ anniversary events, reflecting significant milestones in Azerbaijan’s statehood, including the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution and the fifth anniversary of the Victory in the Patriotic War.

President Aliyev highlighted the ongoing efforts within the ‘Great Return’ program, emphasizing the large-scale reconstruction and development projects transforming the liberated territories. These projects include the construction of cities according to modern urban planning concepts, new schools, hospitals, and the development of infrastructure, green energy zones, and industrial parks. Karabakh is being developed as a symbol of national pride and a 21st-century area of sustainable development.

The President noted the growing importance of the ‘Rebuild Karabakh’ exhibition for local and international participants, showcasing technologies, facilitating discussions on joint projects, and creating socio-economic development prospects for the region. The event strengthens Azerbaijan’s position as a global hub for investment and innovation.

President Aliyev expressed confidence that the exhibition will continue to foster partnerships, identify development and investment initiatives, and advance the reconstruction of Karabakh and the entire region. He congratulated all organizers and participants on the 5th anniversary of the exhibition, wishing continued success and new achievements.
