Munich: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Mike Sicilia, Chief Executive Officer of Oracle Corporation, in Munich. The meeting focused on Azerbaijan's technological transformation and the development of artificial intelligence under President Aliyev's leadership.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, both parties expressed mutual interest in expanding cooperation with Oracle. They highlighted the framework agreement reached regarding partnership prospects, which includes long-term collaboration and Oracle services for both state and private enterprises in Azerbaijan.

The operation of three Oracle academies at Azerbaijani higher education institutions was also discussed as a key area of collaboration. Additionally, the officials emphasized the robust Azerbaijan-U.S. political relations and the importance of the recently signed 'Charter on Strategic Partnership.' Artificial intelligence was identified as a priority in the bilateral cooperation under this Charter.
