President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order ‘On the appointment of a special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts included in East Zangazur economic region’, APA reports.

Under the order, Vahid Rasim oglu Hajiyev was appointed the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts.
