President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order ‘On the appointment of a special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district’, APA reports.

Under the order, Masim Ahmad oglu Mammadov was appointed the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district.
