President Ilham Aliyev Approves Agreement on Strategic Partnership in Energy Sphere Between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan

Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the ‘Agreement on Strategic Partnership in the Field of Energy between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.’ Under the Presidential decree, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy is instructed to ensure the implementation of the agreement’s provisions.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this agreement marks a significant step in fostering cooperation between the two countries in the energy sector. The strategic partnership is expected to enhance bilateral relations and promote joint initiatives that could benefit both nations economically and strategically.

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy will oversee the application of all elements within the agreement, ensuring that its objectives are met and that both Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan can capitalize on shared opportunities in the energy domain.
