Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has approved the ‘Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Public Service and Public Service Reforms of the Republic of Senegal’. The memorandum was initially signed in Baku on June 3, 2025, and has now received official approval through a presidential decree.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decree stipulates that once the Memorandum of Understanding is in force, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with ensuring the implementation of its provisions. Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan is required to notify the Government of the Republic of Senegal about the completion of the necessary internal procedures for the memorandum to come into effect.
