Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order awarding the military personnel of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan the high military rank of Major General.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, in accordance with the Order, the following military personnel of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan were awarded the high military rank of Major General: Colonel Idris Maharramov, Colonel Vasif Khalilov, Colonel Elnur Kazimov, and Colonel Elgun Aliyev.
