Baku: Mursal Gorkhmaz Ibrahimov has been awarded the high military rank of Major General. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order in this regard.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mursal Ibrahimov is the head of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
