Baku:President Ilham Aliyev has signed orders promoting employees of Azerbaijan's Prosecutor's Office to higher special and military ranks. According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the presidential order granted the rank of State Justice Counselor, 2nd Class, to one individual, and State Justice Counselor, 3rd Class, to two individuals. Additionally, one officer received the rank of Major General of Justice. In a separate order, four personnel were awarded the 'Taraggi' ('Progress') Medal, and 18 employees were honored with the 'For Distinguished Service in the Prosecutor's Bodies' Medal.
