Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has highlighted Azerbaijan's position as one of the few countries implementing broad and diversified subsidy mechanisms in agriculture. Speaking at a meeting focused on agricultural issues, he emphasized the critical role subsidies play in agricultural development.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev pointed out that while Azerbaijan has made strides in this area, there remains room for further enhancement. He noted that the country provides various concessions, including discounts on fertilizers and fuel, measures that are only seen in a limited number of countries globally.
