Baku: President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the need for concerted efforts to maintain peace within the Turkic world and the Caucasus region. He expressed these views during a meeting with participants of international conferences held in Baku.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev pointed out that numerous countries are now engaged in confrontations across different regions. He noted that these are not limited to conflicts between just two nations. The Azerbaijani leader highlighted that the participation of many countries in these confrontations is expanding the geographical scope of these clashes. He reiterated the necessity for all involved to strive towards preserving peace in the Turkic world and the Caucasus region.
