Tashkent: 'Central Asia and Azerbaijan today constitute a single geopolitical and geo-economic region, which has enormous potential today, but even greater potential for further growth,' said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during a joint press statement with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The head of state emphasized that the overall positive development trends in this large and already sufficiently integrated region largely depend on close interaction between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the importance of partnership between the two nations in fostering regional stability and economic development. He noted that the existing cooperation forms a robust foundation for future advancements, which could significantly enhance the geopolitical and economic landscape of the region.
