Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed a congratulatory letter to President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the occasion of July 23 - Revolution Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, the letter expressed President Aliyev's heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President El-Sisi and the people of Egypt. The Azerbaijani president highlighted the current state of Azerbaijani-Egyptian relations, noting the development of these ties in a spirit of friendship and mutual respect.

President Aliyev conveyed his confidence that the friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt, as well as their bilateral and multilateral cooperation, would continue to progress and expand. He emphasized that this growth aligns with the will of the Azerbaijani and Egyptian peoples.

In his letter, President Aliyev wished President El-Sisi robust health, happiness, and success in his endeavors. He also extended his wishes for everlasting peace and prosperity to the people of Egypt on this significant day.
