Munich: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Robert Kalin¡k, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the Slovak Republic, during a visit to Munich. The meeting took place on February 13, as reported by APA.
According to Azeri-Press news agency, President Aliyev and Deputy Prime Minister Kalin¡k fondly recalled the President's official visit to Slovakia in December of the previous year. They highlighted that high-level mutual visits have significantly contributed to the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Slovakia.
The discussions underscored that the bilateral relations between the two nations are of a strategic partnership nature, grounded in mutual understanding and support. Both leaders noted the potential for expanding cooperation in various fields, particularly praising the development of military-technical partnership. They also exchanged views on the future prospects of this partnership.
