Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to the Governor General of Canada, Louise Arbour, on the occasion of Canada Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter expressed President Aliyev's heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to both the Governor General and the Canadian people.
