Baku: President Ilham Aliyev announced that funding allocated to science in Azerbaijan has increased more than twofold over the last ten years. He made this statement during his speech at a conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev emphasized that during his presidency, the development of Azerbaijani science has been a priority. He noted that the efforts have been consistently aligned with the policy of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, highlighting the numerous steps taken to advance this sector.
