The current focus on development and future directions differs from previous periods. He noted that a country’s development and security are now heavily influenced by technological capabilities. This impact is visible in economic progress, the adoption of new technologies, and contemporary warfare. Therefore, technological advancement should be prioritized, with a significant responsibility placed on Azerbaijani scientists and the state to ensure that technological progress permeates all aspects of life to achieve sustainable development.
