Baku: 'Azerbaijan can be considered one of the safest on a global scale,' President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated in an interview with local television channels. During the interview held on January 5, the President discussed the factors that draw tourists to Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev announced that the World Skiing Championship will be hosted in Shahdag for the first time in two months. The President emphasized Azerbaijan's inclusion in the calendar of the International Ski Federation, highlighting the country's unique positioning as a southern nation with accessible beaches. Furthermore, he mentioned Sea Breeze, a significant development project integrating hotel recreation, entertainment, housing, and more, which he described as unmatched globally in its capacity and scale.
