Baku: President Ilham Aliyev stated, "We have seen the advantages of the new governance system in Garabagh and East Zangezur," during an interview with Azerbaijan Television in Nakhchivan. He emphasized the positive impact of this governance model on the regions.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev expressed confidence in the system, noting that over 90,000 residents in the area have also witnessed its benefits. He mentioned that the same governance structure, featuring the Special Representative of the President, has been implemented in Nakhchivan as well, indicating a broader application of this model.
