Belgrade: President Ilham Aliyev highly appreciated his friendship with Aleksandar Vucic, Azerbaijani President said at the 1st meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Serbia with the participation of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed gratitude towards President Vucic for the invitation to visit Serbia. He conveyed his pleasure at being in the country once again and appreciated that President Vucic took time out for him, even on a national holiday. President Aliyev congratulated Serbia on its Statehood Day and emphasized the sincerity and depth of their friendship, highlighting that it knows no boundaries or time limits and carries no doubts regarding their mutual cooperation.
