Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Guy Parmelin, the President of the Swiss Confederation, to mark Switzerland's National Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev expressed his warm wishes on behalf of himself and the people of Azerbaijan, extending heartfelt congratulations to the Swiss President and the citizens of Switzerland on this significant occasion. The Azerbaijani leader emphasized the importance of the friendly relations and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Switzerland, expressing confidence in the continued joint efforts to strengthen interstate relations and cooperation for the mutual benefit of their peoples.
