Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in a letter marking Hungary’s national holiday, APA reports. In his message, President Aliyev expressed his and the Azerbaijani people’s sincere felicitations and best wishes to the Hungarian leadership and its citizens.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev articulated his satisfaction with the current level of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary. He emphasized the importance of mutual visits, regular communications, and cooperation, which he believes are essential in further developing and strengthening the ties between the two nations. The letter highlighted the broad scope of bilateral issues being addressed and the deepening cooperation, especially in the energy sector, which continues to progress positively.
President Aliyev also underscored the significance of political dialogue in enriching joint activities across various domains. He specifically mentioned the cooperation within international organizations, such as the Organization of Turkic States.
