Baku: President Ilham Aliyev announced that the key infrastructure projects across various regions are nearing completion. He made these remarks during a meeting with the newly appointed Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in Nakhchivan and heads of several district executive authorities.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted the positive changes brought about by state investment programs in recent years. He emphasized the successful implementation of regional development programs, particularly noting the normalization of electricity infrastructure in almost all regions.
