He stressed that the Azerbaijani people had not harmed the Armenian people, questioning the deep-seated hatred from Armenian political forces. The president suggested that the reasons behind such animosity might require analysis by psychiatrists, psychologists, and doctors. He reiterated the importance of maintaining vigilance in light of these ongoing tensions.
