"During the Second Garabagh War, we targeted only military formations. Unlike Armenia, we have never waged war against unarmed civilians," President Aliyev stated.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, President Aliyev highlighted that engaging in warfare against civilians contradicts the mentality and traditions of the Azerbaijani people. He reiterated his previous statements from the wartime, asserting that vengeance should be pursued on the battlefield. "The blood of our martyrs was not spilled in vain," he affirmed, indicating that Azerbaijan achieved its objectives through military means.
