Baku: Turkic states should further strengthen cooperation in the fields of media and education, increase the exchange of information and experience, and develop common platforms, Burhanettin Duran, Head of the Directorate of Communications of the Turkish Presidential Administration, said in a video address to the participants of the panel session titled 'Turkic World Dialogues: Common Future, Common Vision' held in Baku, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Duran emphasized the threats posed by disinformation, hateful content, and digital manipulation to the stability and security of societies. He stressed the necessity for Turkic states to enhance cooperation in media and education, facilitating the exchange of information and experience, especially during crises.

Duran highlighted the importance of making the common cultural heritage and civilizational memory more visible and influential in the digital world. He also pointed out that artificial intelligence and new media technologies should not just be monitored but should be areas where Turkic states actively participate in shaping their future.
