According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the post highlighted the significance of the Declaration on Strategic Partnership signed nine years ago, which elevated Azerbaijan-Latvia relations to a high level. President Aliyev expressed confidence that the Latvian leader's first official visit as President would further strengthen the friendly ties between the two nations and open new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.
