Athens: On the occasion of the national day of Azerbaijan, Constantine An. Tassoulas, President of the Hellenic Republic, extended personal congratulations and heartfelt wishes for peace, progress, and prosperity to the people of Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Tassoulas emphasized the importance Greece places on its steadily developing bilateral relations with Azerbaijan. These relations have evolved into a multifaceted partnership over the years. He expressed confidence in further developing and strengthening these ties for the benefit of both nations, in full respect of international law and the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity.

President Tassoulas concluded his message by reiterating his warmest wishes and assurances of his highest consideration to Azerbaijan.
