President of Kazakhstan Congratulates Azerbaijani Leader on Victory Day

Baku: President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has addressed a letter of congratulation to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Victory Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter from President Tokayev extends heartfelt congratulations to President Aliyev on this significant national holiday. Tokayev highlights the importance of Victory Day in Azerbaijan’s history, reflecting the nation’s firm resolve for justice, peace, and unity, as well as its dedication to sovereignty and independence.

Tokayev praises President Aliyev’s leadership, noting the support Aliyev has garnered for his strategic direction, which has allowed Azerbaijan to restore its territorial integrity in line with the UN Charter’s principles and international law. This achievement has marked a new era of prosperity for Azerbaijan.

The letter also acknowledges Azerbaijan’s efforts to establish lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus, which have received broad international support. Tokayev emphasizes that these efforts have laid the groundwork for long-term regional cooperation, mutual trust, and sustainable development.
