Khankendi: On November 8, the 5th anniversary of the victory in the 44-day Patriotic War was celebrated with pride and joy in the city of Khankendi, Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the city of Khankendi, Agdere and Khojaly regions told APA’s Karabakh bureau.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, a festive concert and fireworks program were organized in Khankendi, which has become a symbol of the historical Victory. The event was organized by the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Khankendi, Agdere and Khojaly regions.
