Baku: Dharambeer Gokhool, President of the Republic of Mauritius, arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports. At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Dharambeer Gokhool was welcomed by Azerbaijan's Minister of Health, Teymur Musayev, along with other officials.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the visit marks an important engagement between Mauritius and Azerbaijan as both countries participate in discussions focused on urban development and sustainable urban planning. The UN World Urban Forum serves as a platform for nations to share insights and strategies for managing urban growth and addressing challenges associated with urbanization.
