Baku: President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, who is also the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, extended his congratulations to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. Abbas conveyed his greetings in a letter on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s Independence Day.
