Baku: Mohamed Younis al-Menfi, President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, arrived in Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports. At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Mohamed Younis al-Menfi was welcomed by Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and other officials.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the visit marks a significant engagement between Libya and Azerbaijan, as both nations partake in discussions at the UN World Urban Forum.
