According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Sudanese representative emphasized Sudan's current struggles, accentuated by a humanitarian crisis caused by the aggressive actions of the rebel Rapid Support Forces militias. These actions have led to the devastation of cities, significant damage to critical infrastructure, and the displacement of millions. The official underscored the pressing need for reconstruction and reiterated the government's dedication to recovery efforts, announcing a significant initiative: the 'One Million Housing Units' project aimed at benefiting Sudanese youth.
