Baku: President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame arrived in Azerbaijan for an official visit on September 19. A guard of honor was lined up for President Kagame at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, adorned with the national flags of both Rwanda and Azerbaijan.
