Baku: "Azerbaijan is investing in the energy of the future," President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen said during joint press statements with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, von der Leyen highlighted Azerbaijan's plans to develop offshore wind energy in the Caspian Sea. She emphasized that Azerbaijan possesses both the ambition and the potential to become a hub for clean electricity.
