Baku: "Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan are united by historical roots and spiritual closeness," President Sadyr Zhaparov stated at the third meeting of the Interstate Council of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in the city of Cholpon-Ata.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Zhaparov emphasized the shared values and rich cultural heritage that bind the two nations together. He quoted the great Nizami Ganjavi, saying, "Every friend gained is a gift from heaven," to underscore the strong bond that has developed between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan. The President expressed his pride in the friendship, highlighting its reliability and significance for both countries.
