Presidents Aliyev and Berdimuhamedov Tour First Residential Complex in Shusha City

Shusha: Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Serdar Berdimuhamedov of Turkmenistan visited the first residential complex built in Shusha City. The visit took place on June 23, marking a significant development milestone for the city.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Aydin Karimov, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha district, provided detailed information about the residential complex to President Berdimuhamedov. The foundation of the complex was laid by President Aliyev in 2021, and it spans an area of nearly eight hectares. The complex consists of 23 buildings and includes 450 apartments, with a diverse range of apartment sizes. These consist of 28 one-room, 195 two-room, 190 three-room, 30 four-room, and seven five-room apartments.

The residential units have been allocated to former internally displaced persons and also serve as official housing for personnel working in state institutions in Shusha. Comprehensive landscaping and construction efforts have been undertaken, creating green areas and ensuring all necessary conditions for the residents' comfort and recreation.
