Baku: A great loss has befallen Azerbaijan's literary and cultural community. Prominent representative of modern Azerbaijani poetry, People's Poet, playwright, and public figure Nariman Hasanzada has passed away, APA reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Culture.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Nariman Alimammad oghlu Hasanzada was born on February 18, 1931, in the Poylu settlement of Azerbaijan's Gazakh district. His contributions to Azerbaijani literature and culture are widely recognized and celebrated.
