Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the state funeral of Japanese former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, the Kremlin said on Monday, APA reports.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Russia is yet to decide the country’s presence at the funeral.
