According to Azeri-Press News Agency, if Qarabag, affectionately known as the “Old Horses,” progresses to the third qualifying round, they will face the winner of the match between Shkendija of North Macedonia and FCSB of Romania. This development sets the stage for a challenging encounter as Qarabag aims to make a mark in the Champions League.

The schedule for the third round has been confirmed, with the first matches set for August 5-6, followed by the return matches one week later. As Qarabag prepares for these potential fixtures, they are first set to compete against Shelburne in the second qualifying round. Qarabag will play the initial match away on July 23, with the return match scheduled at home on July 30.
