‘Q?hr?manlar Bagi’ Initiative Brings 175 New Trees to Goygol

Goygol: The Red Hearts Foundation, in collaboration with PASA Holding, has taken a significant step in honoring the memory of Azerbaijani martyrs with the 'Q?hr?manlar Bagi' initiative in Goygol.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, this tree-planting campaign is part of an ongoing project by the Red Hearts Foundation, which since 2021 has been planting trees in cities and districts across Azerbaijan. The initiative not only commemorates the heroic sons who fell in the First and Second Garabagh Wars but also aims to enhance the environmental landscape of the country. Each location plants a number of trees corresponding to the number of martyrs.

The recent event in Goygol saw 175 evergreen trees planted on a designated area provided by the Goygol District Executive Authority. The ceremony was attended by the families of the martyrs, veterans, local community members, and employees of Kapital Bank's Goygol branch and the Red Hearts Foundation. The Goygol District Executive Authority supported the initiative.

With the completion of this campaign, the total number of 'Q?hr?manlar Bagi' established nationwide has reached 30. Local executive authorities are responsible for the ongoing maintenance, including irrigation and care of the planted trees.

Founded in December 2019 by Kapital Bank employees, Red Hearts transitioned to a foundation in 2020. It focuses on fostering philanthropy and addressing issues like environmental protection and education. More information about the foundation's activities and donation opportunities can be found at
