Quake Jolts Caspian Sea, Recorded 78 km East of Lankaran


BAKU — An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 was recorded in the Caspian Sea, 78 kilometers east of Lankaran station, on Tuesday evening.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the earthquake struck at 9:03 p.m. local time. The depth of the epicenter was measured at 38 kilometers. No immediate reports of damage or casualties have been issued.
