Baku: Representatives of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency and the Israeli Ministry of Health held an online meeting. The meeting focused on Israel's experience in authorization, registration, and regulatory mechanisms for biologically active food products and food additives. Additionally, discussions covered the procedures for issuing a Free Sale Certificate for these products and the roles of authorized bodies.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the parties also shared experiences concerning pesticide residues. This included discussions on registration procedures for active substances and formulations.
