Baku: A panel session titled "The Role of Media Diplomacy and Media Literacy in Restoring Trust" was held within the framework of the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum. According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Zaid Al Nawaiseh, Secretary General of the Ministry of Government Communication of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, highlighted the Shusha Global Media Forum as a significant platform for fostering international cooperation and sharing experiences. He remarked on the shifting challenges from limited access to information in the past to the current issue of information reliability. Al Nawaiseh emphasized that trust hinges on credibility and transparency, with the audience's ability to critically evaluate information playing a vital role. He also pointed out the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and the necessity for caution in the media landscape.

Zhang Ling, Deputy Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), also spoke at the panel, underscoring the critical role of international media in the global information ecosystem. He noted that delivering timely and accurate information to the public and responding promptly to events are crucial elements in building and maintaining trust.
