Baku: During a joint briefing with Gordan Jandrokovic, Speaker of the Croatian Parliament, Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis, emphasized the importance of Azerbaijan’s cooperation with Croatia, particularly in the field of demining. Gafarova highlighted that the relationship between Azerbaijan and Croatia is built on friendship and mutual respect. Over the past three decades, this cooperation has developed across various sectors, reaching the level of a strategic partnership.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Gafarova pointed out that political dialogue and high-level visits, including meetings held at the World Economic Forum in Davos, have been crucial in addressing issues of mutual interest. She stressed that cooperation in trade, energy, and especially demining, deserves special attention within the framework of this partnership.
