Samir Sharifov Meets with Kazakhstan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alibek Bakayev

Baku: On April 3, Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakayev, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA. During the meeting, a broad exchange of views was held on issues on the agenda of strategic partnership and allied relations between the two countries.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting highly appreciated the holding of the second meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice Presidents of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States in Baku on April 2. The discussions also focused on prospects for cooperation within the Organization of Turkic States.

Additionally, the meeting addressed current issues on the regional and international agenda, underscoring the commitment of both countries to enhancing their partnership and addressing mutual concerns.
