Saudi Arabia Opens Doors to Global Construction Companies for Housing Projects

Saudi arabia: Saudi Arabia has invited international construction companies to participate in housing projects, Chief Director for Supply Chain at Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, Ali Al-Ahmad, stated during the session titled 'A New Deal for Housing Finance' held within the framework of WUF13, APA-Economics reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ali Al-Ahmad emphasized that Saudi Arabia is open to both local and international construction companies interested in participating in affordable housing projects. He highlighted the incentives provided by the country, including subsidized land, infrastructure, and preferential loans aimed at facilitating affordable housing construction.

Ali Al-Ahmad further mentioned that Saudi Arabia plans to enhance its cooperation with international companies through varied business models and methodologies. The Saudi official extended an invitation to all contractors and real estate companies to visit the country and explore the numerous opportunities available in this sector.
