Baku: Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov met with a delegation led by Baek Juhyun, Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, APA reports. The meeting underscored the strengthening of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and South Korea.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, discussions during the meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in various sectors including politics, economy, trade, education, and high technologies. Both parties highlighted the significance of increasing mutual visits to foster these relations further.
The meeting also explored potential collaborations in energy, transport, logistics, and alternative energy sectors, alongside regional and international security topics. The Korean delegation expressed gratitude towards Azerbaijan for its assistance in evacuating Korean citizens from Iran, showcasing the depth of the countries' partnership.
