Serbia: Serbia will host World Environment Day (WED) next year, Azerbaijan's Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Rashad Ismayilov announced at an international event dedicated to WED held in Azerbaijan.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ismayilov extended his congratulations to Serbia, which he described as a friendly and strategic partner. He confirmed that Serbia will not only host the next World Environment Day but also EXPO 2027. During the event, he expressed gratitude to his Serbian counterpart, Ms. Sara Pavkova, for her participation and wished her success in the upcoming initiatives.
